Delete your RushCam account

RushCam is provided by SH Technologies LLC. You can permanently delete your account from the app or request deletion securely below.

Delete from the RushCam app

Open RushCam, go to Settings, select Account, then choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If that option is unavailable, use the verified-email form below.

Request deletion by verified email

We will send a confirmation link to the email address registered with your RushCam account. Your account will not be deleted until the link is confirmed.

Subscription reminder

Deleting your RushCam account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage your subscription separately before deleting your account.

What is deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your RushCam cloud profile
  • Your synchronized settings
  • Other RushCam data stored under your cloud user record

What may remain

Videos and projects stored locally remain on your device unless you delete them or remove the app. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or legally required transaction records may be retained under their respective policies and applicable law.

Deleting your RushCam account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

Processing time

Verified automated requests are normally completed within minutes. If a request requires manual review or recovery from a service outage, processing may take up to 30 days.

Email delete.rush.account@shtechllc.com if you cannot access the verification email. Never send us passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens, Apple credentials, or Google credentials.
